Department  of Youth  Services and Sports organised Inter District Provincial Level Painting Competition for all Age groups Boys and Girls at Govt Arts Emporium Lawns Srinagar on 16th April 2019. Soliha Iqbal from Class 9th Pink bagged Gold medal in U 17 category.
